Arthritis and Rheumatism Council

Barn Youth Club
A junior Youth Club
for 9 to 14 year olds. We meet on Fridays at the Purley
Barn between 7 and 9 pm.The programme, planned by the
members, includes sports, handicrafts, issue work, trips out and of course time

For
children 6 to 8 - Colony suspended at the moment due to lack of leaders
Bell Ringers
There was a branch
of the diocesan guild of bell ringers in the early part of the 20th century but
it withered when the bells were no longer able to be pealed. Now
revived under Bell Captain Simon Robertson with practices at the church on
Friday evenings.

Cricket Club
Runs two teams in
the Berkshire League on Saturdays and two teams for friendlies
on Sundays Also U11, U13 and U15 teams in the several Berkshire Colt's Leagues.- Matches played at Beech Road Recreation Ground in

1977 to provide for needs of elderly and disabled persons in the parishes
surrounding Pangbourne. Now mainly provides car transport using
